When I first started to get into Islamic apologetics, Bart Ehrman was the big name. Muslims weren’t going to pick up the Bible to read. Why read the supposedly corrupted Bible when you can just as easily read the scholar who shows that it is corrupt. That is of course, Bart Ehrman.

Michael Coren, Franklin Graham, and Pete Buttigieg
by
About five years ago, Michael Coren departed from the Catholic faith. What did he become? A liberal Anglican of course. He changed his faith because his views on homosexuality have changed. As I mentioned a few posts back, I don’t believe one can hold these contradictory positions forever. Coren has held this position for a few years but as time goes on, it’ll be harder to hold it.
Jewish Oral Torah vs. Islamic Hajj
by
It’s a bit annoying that Jews and Muslims don’t debate each other on religion. Christians debate Muslims. Christians debate Jews. Jews don’t debate Muslims. The most that I’ve seen is Zakir Hussain dialoguing with some Jew at Speakers Corner on whether or not Muhammad is the prophet in Deuteronomy 18. Apart from this, the only debate between Jews and Muslims that seems to happen revolves around the legitimacy of the state of Israel; a debate that I have absolutely no interest in.
The Judas Doll in Poland
by
As everyone knows I was in Europe in the summer and spent two days in Poland. Poland is known to be a very Christian country. I found out recently that Poland has officially declared that Jesus Christ is their king. I later found out that the part of the country that I was in was the most religious area. I do have to admit, I was impressed.

Hello everyone! I hope that everyone had a blessed Easter! I was up north in my hometown. The Easter vigil in the TLM in my hometown started at 11:00PM. I’ve never had it start that late before. It’s usually 10:00PM at the latest. Either way, I had a great time up north with my family. I want to extend my congratulations to all the people who entered the church this weekend.
St. Cyril of Jerusalem and Muhammad’s Trinity Blunder
by
I have often spoken about Muhammad’s Trinity blunder in Surah 5. In this surah in verses 73, 75, and 116 we see that Muhammad thought that the Trinity was Allah, Jesus and Mary instead of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Conversion Story of Jacob Williams to Islam
by
I was sent a conversion story about a young Englishman named Jacob Williams. He converted to Islam and he shares the reason why in First Things Magazine. He’s also quite fond of Western culture. There used to be a guy on Twitter named the Muslim Traditionalist. I don’t think he’s been active for a while but he was an interesting fellow. He’s a fan a Joseph de Maistre. Jacob Williams might very well be as well.
Benedict the Abdicator and Homosexual Clergy
by
A couple of days ago, former Pope Benedict XVI came out with an essay on the crisis of clerical abuse in the Church. It makes one wonder why he’s doing this as an ex-Pope and not when he actually was one. The essay can be found here:
Carl Trueman Knows the Truth About the Medieval Church
by
I recently came across these lectures by Calvinist Church historian Carl Trueman and I must say that I’m very impressed. They’re titled The Reformation but a better title would be The Life of Martin Luther.
