Calling All Trad Catholic Writers – Infiltration is a Stepping Stone

Taylor Marshall’s book Infiltration is tearing it up.  He’s appeared on many podcasts for interviews and the book is making the rounds.  Not long ago I published a review of the book.  While I certainly enjoyed the book, it kept me wanting more.  It seemed that every chapter was only scraping the surface.  So much more could have been written and I’m sure Taylor Marshall could have done more if he wanted.

There were a couple topics in the book that I found found so fascinating that I was mad when the chapter was over.  Regarding some of the chapters, many books have been written.  Much has been written about the Alta Vendita, La Salette, the Vatican banking scandal and John Paul I.

The two topics that interested me the most were the info on the Sankt Gallen Mafia and the disgraced ex-Cardinal, sodomite and rapist Ted McCarrick.  The two are actually interconnected as Marshall showed that McCarrick spent a year with these modernist heretics before he went into the priesthood.

Marshall’s book is a stepping stone.  Entire books can be written on certain chapters of the book and I invite all Catholic writers to consider taking up the challenge of two potential books.  One is a book entirely on the Sankt Gallen Mafia.  This group has been meeting for over 50 years and has been affiliated with many liberals such as Cardinal Danneels and Cardinal Martini.  This would probably be better for a European Catholic writer since this group is based out of Switzerland.  The German language would be vital so that alone would rule out the majority of North American Catholics.

The second book that should be written is a full biography of Ted McCarrick.  This would include his early life, his involvement with the Sankt Gallen Mafia, his priesthood, his elevation through the ranks of the Magisterium and his sodomite activities.  This can be done by any North American Traditional Catholic writer.  It would be advantageous to live in the North Eastern United States as McCarrick’s life and ecclesial career took place in New York, New Jersey, and Washington DC.  It would be easy to access the Church archives and available documents at Fordham University.

For the Sankt Gallen Mafia book, I would probably recommend Antonio Socci or Roberto de Mattei.  They’re good European traditionalists that we can trust.

I have far more ideas for the McCarrick biography.  There are dozens of authors that would make good candidates.  Taylor Marshall, Timothy Gordon, E. Michael Jones, Robert Sungenis and Patrick Coffin are some names off the top of my head.  Even a non-Catholic like Rod Dreher would do a good job in my opinion.

Also, for young traditional Catholics who are trying to start a writing career, this may be an area that you would like to pursue.  There is more than enough resources to write a McCarrick biography.  It just takes time to do the research.

These are two of the many subjects in Infiltration that can be elaborated on.  They’re important because this group and this ex-Cardinal have been responsible for untold damage done to the Church.  Also, when research is done in these two areas, we’ll also learn the names of many of the other culprits.
