The West Is Doomed

Pope Pius IX – The Greatest Enemy of Liberalism

The West is anti-Christian and beyond repair. It has capitulated to moral backwardness and depravity. Christianity in the West is almost dead. While thriving in many other regions of the world, the Church is in trouble in the West.

When people think of Christianity in the West, they no longer think of the great Saints such as St. Augustine, St. Thomas Aquinas, or St. Robert Bellarmine. They think of fake Christians like Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato who openly and unashamedly promote homosexuality and transgenderism.

What must happen? The West needs to be reduced to rubble and reborn with a Christian spirit. The West will eventually collapse morally and financially and to be honest, I don’t think that it is far off. When it does happen, the Church needs to play the role it has always played. It needs to nurse the West back to life while condemning the evils of society. It needs to condemn democracy, freedom of speech and freedom of religion. These three things have allowed evil to spread.

Freedom of speech puts truth and error on the same level. Freedom of religion puts heresy and orthodoxy on the same level. They need to be abolished. No society can exist with any of these for long.

There was a great man who fought against these errors when they were only in their infancy. His name was Pope Pius IX. In his encyclical Quanta Cura, published on December 8, 1864, he says:

For which cause the same Our Predecessors, have, with Apostolic fortitude, constantly resisted the nefarious enterprises of wicked men, who, like raging waves of the sea foaming out their own confusion, and promising liberty whereas they are the slaves of corruption, have striven by their deceptive opinions and most pernicious writings to raze the foundations of the Catholic religion and of civil society, to remove from among men all virtue and justice, to deprave persons, and especially inexperienced youth, to lead it into the snares of error, and at length to tear it from the bosom of the Catholic Church.

This great man knew the problems of liberalism. He knew that the Church had to oppose it with all its might. Every true Christian needs to condemn the practices of the liberals. Democracy has failed. The fact that many don’t see it is a testimony to our corrupt education system. An education system that has helped reduce the West to the moral chaos it is in.

Despite this horrible situation, there is good news. The good news is that when the West as we know it is finished, we can rebuild. We will be able to build a society where Christ is King and where immorality and insanity is condemned; a society where proper Science and Philosophy are taught to Children so they know how to think. School will be used for education and not to promote anti-Christian propaganda. The future is bright indeed.

In the end, the “Enlightenment” will be thrown out and exposed for the naked Emperor that it is. This will be the day that the Kingship of Christ is proclaimed in the West once again.
