It is true that most Christians don’t know the Bible that well. In this day and age, we’re bound to run into some young zealous Muslim who engages in dawah and wants to sell Islam to us. The answer is simple, we need to know our Bible and how to debate.

God’s Not Dead: A Light In Darkness
A Review
by
On Tuesday I saw the third installment in the God’s Not Dead franchise entitled God’s Not Dead: A Light In Darkness. While the first two movies are happy, triumphant, and yes, shallow, this movie tries for a more darker and serious tone. How did Pure Flix do with this one? Unfortunately it was a complete disaster. I’m not a fan of the first two movies but they at least do what they set out to do, which is throw red meat to an Evangelical audience. This movie tried to do too much and because of that it ended up being incoherent.

Ijaz Ahmad put the following video up not that long ago. Here is my response.

I hope that all of my readers had a good Easter. I also want to offer my congratulations to all those who became Catholic at the vigil. Welcome to the family!
Psalm 22 – K’ari, K’aru, and the Aleph
by
Does Psalm 22:16 actually say “they pierced my hands and my feet” as most Christian translations portray? This verse is a major Messianic prophecy. It’s probably the most quoted prophecy after Isaiah 53. If it doesn’t say “they pierced my hands and my feet”, does it say “like a lion” as the Jews claim? Let’s look at this verse.

I remember about five or six years ago when Faith Goldy came on the scene. As a Catholic, I was happy to see a young, attractive, articulate and traditional Catholic standing up for the faith in a our extremely secular country. She eventually started working for The Rebel Media where she gained further fame. She even went to Iraq to cover the genocide of Christians happening over there.
Muslims, Liberals and the Crusades
by
In this day and age, the crusades have been used as baton to beat the Christian over the head and shame them in their faith. This is true for both liberals and Muslims. We could draw up a list of pros and cons about the crusades and come up with many under each column. I should just point out that Thomas Madden, Jonathan Riley Smith, and Edward Peters are the ones to read on the crusades.
The Death of Ireland
by
In the not too distant future, citizens of the Republic of Ireland will vote on whether or not to repeal the eighth amendment. The eighth amendment bans abortion in the vast majority of cases. With this amendment gone, Irish citizens will have a clear path to abortion. Based on all of the polling data I’ve seen, abortion will most likely be legalized.
Muslims Should Embrace St. Paul
by
For most Muslims, the Apostle Paul is the big baddy in the New Testament. Why is this? Islamic sources reference Jesus Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the earthly disciples of Christ and says they’re all Muslims. However, the apostle Paul is never mentioned. I suppose this means Muslims can take a stand with or against Paul. However, as we’ll see it’s always against.
Musings on Nationalism

In 2014 I was on a trip to Europe. I only spent two days in Serbia, but I really loved it there. I’m definitely going to go back. I was particularly attracted to the anti-Western mentality that they had there. One thing that I noticed was the religiosity. Serbia is a deeply religious country. They are part of the Eastern Orthodox communion and the Orthodox faith forms an integral part of their society. It’s pretty impressive. I wish all Catholic countries were this observant.
